RECONNECTING THROUGH MINDFUL DRESS
Our bodies are designed to absorb precious nutrients from the earth and natural elements. As much as possible, avoid disruption of this healing process by refraining from using uncomfortable and unnatural barriers.
Clothing should keep the body free and maximally comfortable. Complete nudity is ideal but when coverage is needed clothing should fit loosely for comfort and full range of motion. Preference should be given to natural, breathing organic material, such as cotton, straw, silk, and wool.
Travel should be done in bare feet, flip-flops or open-toed shoes. It is important to embrace the strongest effects of the sun from Summer Solstice until the Winter Solstice. It is advisable to wear appropriate footwear that is necessary for weather conditions (boots/shoes in winter, rain, and snow).
Head coverings should only be worn when absolutely necessary. When needed, wear head coverings made of natural fibers allowing the poles of solar energy to be confined within the body’s internal core.

Enlightenment is a continual process of awakening, uncovering and renewal practiced daily. It is ever evolving from within the mind and throughout the body. We continually grow and evolve through the benefits of re-connection and awakening of the mind, body and spirit. Exploration becomes a lifestyle and commitment through which we experience the emergence and inner healing of the spirit.
